LIGHTING PROJECT DETAIL
In our meetings with our clients before the development of our lighting projects, very often we hear phrases like "We want to do something really different" "Something surprising" "Something special" or even "Something that has not been done before".
In the case of this project, we can proudly say that we have accomplished each and every one of the premises.
This is an interior design project carried out by Madrid in Love and inspired by the avocado, the popular fruit of fashion nowadays. The interior design project is based on materials mostly ECO-friendly, almost raw materials such cement and terrazzo, porcelain, wood and leather that manage to create a peculiar atmosphere of extreme closeness and warmth. The set is completed with bare walls with ceramic details and feathers that simulate the skin of the avocado, as well as the vegetation on the walls and ceilings.
The lighting project begins with the lighting of the tables from the walls, where thanks to Golden metal grid systems, we have achieved to frame the windows along the vertical space.
This system has allowed us to provide the environment and the customer experience with a great visual comfort, placing the luminaire at eye level, and avoiding the excess of brightness.
For the perimeter lighting of the columns we decided to opt for an indirect light from the floor using "Super Spot" luminaries, which generates a theatrical light that has never been used in restoration before.
In combination with small hidden luminaires that provide a discreet diffuse light to the customers, and feather lamps located on the walls the result is an environment rich in dark-lights areas, which allows us to differentiate spaces through the contrast and the different textures of the materials.
The decorative lighting also has a place of honor in the lighting project of Auakt. A neon sculpture resembling a branch presides over the restaurant and encourages the customers to explore the back of the restaurant, filling the space with magic and warmth.
Finally, the lighting of the toilets and the passage areas were resolved with linear discharge lighting, again using the Golden metal grid systems that are integrated into the space hiding the light source, and covering the walls with a very warm light that highlights its texture.
The passage areas and stairs have been resolved with integrated lighting with small light buttons where the light source is completely invisible.
