Crustó Padre Damián
BAKERY
Second parts have always been good
INTERIOR LIGHTING DETAIL
We enter, one more time, at the delicious world of bread. This time, collaborating for the second time at the new bakery store opened at 6 José Lázaro Galdiano street.
CRUSTÓ regains the memoir of homemade bread creating a unique concept and space.
From a technical aspect and just as with Crustó Gaztambide, putting the product in the spotlight was the main priority. The illumination had to highlight the golden tints, toasted, textures and shapes from every exposed piece. Therefore, we utilised warm luminaires at the whole store, making 2,700K the coldest temperature.
To avoid losing the Gaztambide store's identity, we've fully respected the industrial look and feel as well as the mirror retroillumination treatment.
In the toilets, an exquisit grated cristal tubular appliances.
The strong and corporeal letters are retroilluminated with coloured temperaturas of 2,200K, making them extra warm with the aim of keeping the store's essence.

INTERIOR LIGHTING DETAIL
In CRUSTÓ Gaztambide we enter the rich world of bread. Times have changed and in many aspects of our daily lives, such as culinary, quality is a 360 experience.
CRUSTÓ Gaztambide recovers the memory of artisan bread, creating a concept, a single space.
From Light & Studio we aim to provide the local lighting designed to consciousness.
Technically it was very important to enhance the product. Lighting should highlight the golden hues, toasted, textures, and shapes of each of the exhibits. To do this, we use warm lighting throughout the premises being the coldest temperature 2700K.
Decorative lamps lends the establishment an aura of comfort and well-being unsurpassed really experience the pleasure of "doing things well". Three circular lamps preside over the central area each has seven opal balloons.
The bar area is noted for its two tubular lamps 150 cm in length. An exclusive and avant-garde design made by hand. The section of the luminaire is formed through glass tubes with a unique lighting effect is achieved.
We closed decorative sconces with three types:
For tables have used some delicate appliques that combine spherical brass and glass. Sconces the buttresses, much more marked, have an industrial character.
In the bathrooms, some grated exquisite appliques tubular glass. Another must have been the local backlight. The technical part has been on the shelves of exposure of breads with a color temperature of 2200K and a high color rendering index, we managed to elevate the different nuances of the loaves.
For the windows of the bar as in the shelves but raising the color temperature 2700K, thus creating a dynamic, contrast it became necessary. Throughout this process mirrors consider a luminaire itself. Without doubt, they were a key added in the backlight.
In this project has collaborated Madrid in Love. This studio is specialists in the creation of public spaces and highly recognized in the industry for the success of their projects. CRUSTÓ Gaztambide is balanced lights degradation. Definitely not go unnoticed for lovers of the sourdough.
