HOSPITALITY PROJECT

An extraordinary enviroment for an ambitious project. A palace built in 1800 restored in the Letras district of Madrid.

LOBBY VIEW

The project aimed to the entire light restoration of the palace through domotic and automation systems that would allow the NH group meet its energy efficiency policy.

The solution employed by L & S was a Lutron system control, which automatically regulates the light through an astronomical clock, depending on the Hotel activity and time of day.
