Returns
As a Luz & Ambiente online customer, you have a period of 14 calendar days to notify your wish to withdraw from one or more products in your order, in accordance with Article 18 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
To make a return:
Contact Luz & Ambiente by email at info@luzambiente.com, attaching the following information:
Your full name.
The order number, sales receipt, or invoice number.
Clearly indicate the item or items you wish to return.
Specify whether you wish to send it back yourself or prefer that we collect it.
A contact phone number.
Once we have received your email, we will validate it and reply with a return number, which you must write on the outside of the package along with our return address:

Naturally, you may also return it in person to our store — we will be happy to assist you.
If you prefer us to arrange collection, we will send you a return label so that our logistics company can pick it up from your address as soon as possible.
The customer must handle and cover the shipping costs associated with the return. If you request Luz & Ambiente to manage the return, the shipping costs for returning the product to the seller will be charged to the customer: €10 (VAT included) for returns originating from mainland Spain, and €20 for returns from the Balearic Islands.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unmodified by the customer, with all tags and original packaging in perfect condition and properly protected. Otherwise, the item will be subject to depreciation.
Returns must be delivered to the destination within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Otherwise, the return will be rejected and sent back.
Once the merchandise has been inspected and its perfect condition verified, we will refund the product amount plus any shipping costs paid in the original order, if applicable, within a maximum period of 14 days.

Warranty
The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes a minimum warranty period of two years, regardless of the manufacturer’s warranty stated on the product page. The consumer may contact either the seller or the product manufacturer during this period. In the event of a defective product, the seller must, as appropriate, repair, replace, reduce the price, or terminate the contract — all of which will be free of charge for the consumer. It is essential that the consumer has previously informed the seller within two months of becoming aware of the nonconformity.
The warranty applies only when the product is used under normal conditions of use as determined by the manufacturer. Luz & Ambiente S.L. is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for any consequences of product use, whether direct or indirect damages, personal injury, damage to property other than the product itself, loss of profit, loss of data, or any other related damages.
If a defect appears within the first 6 months from the date of delivery, it is presumed that the issue already existed when the product was purchased, and the consumer does not need to provide proof. However, when the lack of conformity appears after 6 months, and in doubtful cases, the manufacturer or seller may require an independent expert report to process the warranty.
