Delivery Times

Products in stock will be delivered within approximately 4 to 5 business days.

For products not currently in stock, delivery may take between 4 and 5 weeks depending on the supplier’s lead times and the selected brand.

Shipping Rates

Free Shipping: For online orders over €250 (VAT included).

Shipping costs will be covered by Luz & Ambiente when the total purchase amount exceeds €206.61 (before taxes), equivalent to €250 including VAT.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be charged to the buyer and automatically calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the order and will be displayed before completing the purchase.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands

Shipping costs to the Balearic Islands will be borne by the customer according to the rates established with our transport agency, unless the order exceeds €350 before taxes (€423.50 including VAT).

Remarks

If the customer wishes the goods to be shipped using a different transport company, they must indicate this during the purchase process in the “Comments” section.

Warranty

The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes a minimum warranty period of two years, regardless of any additional warranty offered by the manufacturer.

During this period, the consumer may contact either the seller or the manufacturer. In the event of a defective product, the seller will proceed — free of charge for the consumer — with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as appropriate. The consumer must notify the seller of any lack of conformity within a maximum of two months after becoming aware of it.

The warranty applies only when the product has been used under normal conditions as defined by the manufacturer. Luz & Ambiente S.L. is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the product, including accidents, damage to third parties, loss of profit, or data loss.

If the defect becomes apparent within the first six months after delivery, it is presumed that the nonconformity already existed at the time of purchase. After this period, the seller may request an independent expert report to verify the validity of the claim.
