Lefties Dresses in Its New Clean Look
2025 has brought significant transformations to the world of retail. Lefties has embraced this shift not only through a rebranding and a new logo, but also with a renewed commercial architecture proposal, where lighting has played a key role in shaping its new identity.
Just as in fashion with the concept of the clean look — a powerful aesthetic that has taken over wardrobes — this vision must extend to verything surrounding the universe of fashion and retail, under the premise that “less is more.” Space, materials and light align to reflect a coherent, contemporary and refined image, where every element contributes to a clear and modern brand experience.
New Allies
This conceptual shift comes with the creation of a calmer and more welcoming atmosphere. To achieve this, the emblematic spotlight disappears from the lighting catalogue, making way for a new ally for the brand.
This new addition reduces visual noise on the ceilings, creating wider, simpler and more orderly spaces, without compromising lighting quality or its primary objective: directing attention to what truly matters — your favourite jacket.
Lighting thus steps back from being a protagonist to become a silent yet essential resource, accompanying the customer journey, enhancing the product and reinforcing a calmer, more intuitive shopping experience aligned with the brand’s renewed identity.
A New Way of Zoning
Lefties understands how to build its spaces and guide them through light. Its main objective is to invite customers to move naturally and coherently through each area of the store.
For years, beams of light have been used as guiding elements across different collections. However, in line with the new “less is more” philosophy, groups of light boxes have been introduced, allowing customers to reach each section without imposition, in a more organic, intuitive and natural way.
Materiality as a Starting Point
It is no coincidence that wood, neutral tones and plaster now dominate the spaces. These soft textures reduce material saturation and, combined with homogeneous lighting, create a harmonious environment that invites customers not only to feel comfortable and welcome, but also to connect with the brand from the very first moment they cross the entrance portal.
Lefties in San Sebastián de los Reyes is a clear reflection of the brand’s new direction. In collaboration with Light&Studio, this store materialises an innovative way of understanding and experiencing Lefties — a spatial concept that has not gone unnoticed and that strengthens the connection between brand, space and light.
