New York Burger

Inspired by fire, smoke, and organic materiality, the New York Burger project—designed by Proyecto Singular and developed in terms of lighting by Light & Studio—recreates a warm, understated atmosphere that aligns with the restaurant’s culinary essence.

The primary goal was to integrate lighting naturally into a setting where sophistication meets simplicity. Untreated wood, raffia textures, and natural details like plants and wheat evoke the origin of the product, a narrative reinforced through a restrained and precise lighting concept.

We designed custom-made decorative luminaires, handcrafted and inspired by the flickering glow of embers. These pieces coexist with architectural lighting solutions, seamlessly integrated to highlight vertical planes and ensure visual comfort throughout the space.

As a theatrical counterpoint, LED neon elements were strategically placed on vertical surfaces. These luminous strokes introduce rhythm, visual contrast, and a contemporary focal point that enriches the spatial experience without disrupting the harmony of the overall composition.
